The Fortune cooker

Cooking in the Philiippines is really very great and special. Since 2005 there was start a connection between Holland and Philippines and in 2006 there is born a foundation between this 2 countries. Looking for the things we can learn eachother in a very close harmony. The Philippine tradition is very rich and I am sure we can learn a lot about this country in the Netherlands. By some study I found already that Philippines was great example for whole Europ and I was wonder thier very special hero Jose Rizal. But in this site I like special to share about the food we eat daily. And I am very proud to indroduce you the very special way of cooking of Philippines.

Koken in de Filippijnen is echt erg speciaal en bijzonder. Ze kennen een bijzondere keuken. Sinds 2005 startte ik een verbinding tussen Nederland en de Filippijnen en in 2006 ontstond er een hele speciale band tussen deze 2 landen met de oprichting van stichting Bando. We gingen op zoek naar de dingen die we van elkaar konden leren. Ik kwam er achter dat de Filippijnse traditie heel rijk is en ik wist zeker dat we van dit land in Nederland veel konden leren. Door enige studie kwam ik er al snel achter dat de Filippijnen een geweldig voorbeeld voor heel Europa hadden betekend. En ik bewonder nog steeds deze zeer bijzondere held Jose Rizal, waar ik toen van heb vernomen. Vrijwel iedere school in de Filippijnen toont afbeeldingen van de held Jose Rizal - zie de foto in een willekeurige klas en het beeld op een allerdaags schoolpleintje. Beiden tonen dus het beeld van Jose Rizal.

In deze site wil ik dus graag speciaal iets gaan delen over het voedsel dat hier dagelijks gegeten wordt. En het is mij een grote eer om je voorbeelden te kunnen laten zien die ik rechtstreeks van mijn Filippijnse familie heb gekregen.

After changing climate and very long looking and waiting for the the termocoppel, we continue the real cooking with the Fortunecooker in 2014 .
The plan to make Philippine Restaurant in Holland was already long time idea.
But also for making very delicious recepts in the Forunecooker is now going on.

We hope soon to introduce special cooking book with recepts of chef cooking Hannah de Groot. So cookingbook for directly in the sun. It is possible and the products are delicious.

Koken in de zon is heel bijzonder en de smaak kan werd heel erg bijzonder

In 2012 introduceren we de Fortune Cooker in de Filippijnen. In samenwerking met de Nederlandse ingenieur Maarten Romijn, kopiëren we de Fortune Cooker door de Filippijnse ingenieur Rolly Fulgueras. Na het veranderen van het klimaat en de zeer lange kijken en wachten op de de termocoppel, blijven we de echte koken met de Fortunecooker in 2014.
Het plan om Filippijnse Restaurant in Nederland te maken was al lange tijd idee.
Maar ook voor het maken van erg lekker RECEPTEN in de Forunecooker is nu gaande.

We hopen binnenkort met RECEPTEN van chef-kok koken Hannah de Groot speciale kookboek introduceren. Dus cookingbook direct in de zon. Het is mogelijk en de producten zijn heerlijk.
